Writing this article while I am hosting the workshop at the weekend and that not fun at all. Why bothering!!! I’m exactly fine with that lol

So I’m not an expert here because most of the time I’m the laziest person too. That sounds funny, don’t you think so? Yet, I hope this article will brighten up your day just so I know some of you might feel unproductive at work or whatever mix-up feelings lately due to the lockdown of Phnom Penh city. And yeah not quite different I feel that a lot :3333 But it’s ok to be not okay, right? I won’t offend if you say no lol. It’s ok to give yourself some space for relaxation with a cup of coffee, hot chocolate, or whatever your favorite drink. It’s ok to have a slice of cake (it might be hard to get during this situation so can replace it with your storage foods instead, hopefully, you have enough to eat for the rest of the days) but don’t forget to workout. It’s ok to work a whole day in your sleeping dress or pajama. It’s ok to sleep a whole day then start open your PC at night to work lol I sometimes do that too. Do whatever makes you feel relax and work on your to-do list whenever you feel productive (make sure you won’t miss the deadline of each task).

Don’t be too hard on yourself and take it easy. I know the current situation is too short for all of us but we will pass through this together. Hold on to the spirit of positivity and let’s encourage one another to stay away from anxiety. So here let me share with you some tips to stay productive and achievable.

Good Morning

Preparing your bed and opening your window for fresh air __ Trust me, this is a very great start ever

15 minutes for exercise __ Nah, I’m too lazy for this lol Usually my exercise routine will be in the evening after working days and morning 3–5 minutes more than enough :33 Don’t be like me lol

Going to take a bath and applying skincare and sunscreen on (for girly things only) ___ This is a very fresh start and my best practice so far because we will be in front of PC and phone screen for a whole day so it’s very important to put your sunscreen and be gentle huhhh

Saying hello or good morning to your family members, partner, neighbor, and your cutie pet

Cooking for yourself and family members (your cutie pet also counts and a must not forget lol) while listening to music or radio for recent and updated news. Fried egg, instant noodle, 1 orange, 1 apple, smoothie still can count

Water your plant or flower ___ please don’t forget huhhh

Listing down your to-do list and what you want to achieve for today ___ Grab your book and pen or your phone and free to write whatever you want

Here some questions to note down in your diary:

How are you this morning? Do a check-in with yourself, express your feeling, thoughts and free to feel whatever you wished

What are you up to for today? What you to achieve for today? Even just a small little thing still ok like watching Netflix and eating instant noodle still count in

How do you want to feel by the end of the day? Relax, sad, happy, swing moods, or whatever
